Registration for the 2023/2024 Season Opens on May 20th

Thank you for submitting We will contact you soon.

  • When is registration for the 2023/2024 season, and how do I register?
Open registration to the public begins on May 20th at 10:00 am Mountain Time. (Pre-registration is from May 1 - May 17, strictly for 2022/2023 returning families.) On May 20th, be sure to click the button for your preferred program. You will fill out a form to hold your spot. Within 48 hours, you will receive an invoice in your email. That invoice must be paid within 72 hours of receiving it. If it is not paid in time, you will forfeit your spot and have to go to the back of the waitlist line. We anticipate some programs selling out within 24 hours. If you are committed to joining us next season, please register as soon as possible.
  • What is the extra "Work Credit" charge on my registration invoice? And how do I find volunteer opportunities?
"Work Credit" is a refundable charge you will notice on your season tuition invoice. You must complete your volunteer requirements by the end of the season in order to have your work credit refunded, or carried over next season. All volunteer opportunities are posted to our Volunteer website page on the calendar at the beginning of the season (usually in October), before the competition season starts. This is because USSA does not release competition dates and locations until then.
  • When and where do I pick up my athlete's team jacket?
Jacket pick up will be at the Season Kick-Off Party in October (exact date and time is TBD), located at Loveland Ski Area basin. This is a great even to come to because you will also receive a lot of information about the program, as well as your Loveland Ski Area season pass voucher. If you miss the Season Kick-Off party, you will be able to pick up your athlete's jacket after the first day of practice, in the LSC Clubhouse (directly adjacent to Lift 3). ** IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE: You MUST have your athlete with you to try on the correct size AND credit card to put on file in case of damage or lack of returning it at the end of the season. Jacket sizes are on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Where do I find race schedules?
Race calendars for all programs will be posted to this website in the Fall (usually October), once the USSA Rocky Mountain Division announces the season schedules. You can also learn about your specific program's race schedule through your direct coach.
  • What's a Fact Sheet?
A Fact Sheet is a 1-pager PDF that is released approximately 1-2 weeks prior to race day. This page includes any and all information you need to know about a race event, including but not limited to: race venue location, registration prices/ deadlines, lift ticket prices, spectator options, and a link to join the event's WhatsApp (where live race updates are posted).
  • How do I get on the Weekly Email blast?
Thank you for joining our email updates!
  • What happens if I enroll my athlete in the wrong program?
Please email administration@lovelandskiclub.com if this happens! You will receive a full refund. You can then register for the correct program, if there is availability. If not, you will have to join the waitlist.
  • Do you offer any snowboarding programs?
At this time, we do not offer any snowboarding programs.
